Woodward at Tahoe is an indoor extreme action sports and gymnastics training facility located at the Boreal ski resort in North Lake Tahoe. The facility supports training for skiers and boarders as well as skate boarders, BMX, mountain bikes (MTB) and scooters. They also have the video facilities for a digital media camp to capture all this fun and share it. The facility includes spring floors, trampolines and foam pits to safely teach and train aerial maneuvers off of platforms and jumps. Woodward runs summer camps, day sessions and hourly sessions. This facility was first opened in 2012 and is open seven days a week to all ages. Camps are limited to those 7 to 17 years of age. They also have an observation level called Moondoe's, a kind of day care for the adults with beverages and snacks and a lounge to hang out.

Training sessions are offered every day of the week. One can make reservations for a "3-pack", three hour training session. If it is your first visit you will go through a 45 minute introductory "basic training" to orient you with the facility and safety rules. Bring your helmet as it is required. Pads are recommended and encouraged. If riding roller skis or boards, bring your boots.
All sessions should be preceded by reservations and signed liability forms.

Pro tip: Do not carry anything in your pockets that can come loose. Cell phones, pocket change and car keys can all end up in the bottom of a foam pit from which it will not be recoverable. You have been warned!
