Peaks Grill
Peaks Grill is the primary spot for food and beverage at the end of the day. Some of the on-mountain lodges also have restaurants and bars. Also check out the Kicking Horse Saloon in the Winston Lodge.
There are two quick on-mountain dining options: Eagle's Eye Restaurant at the top of the gondola and Peaks Grill at the base. The Eagle's Eye Restaurant is not the typical quick service cafeteria common in most resorts but is a fine dining establishment with gourmet cuisine.

Check out the Lussier Hot Springs just inside Whiteswan Lake Provincial Park BC, about a two and one half hour drive from Golden. Depending on road conditions, you may need a 4x4. Note that the river is icy cold. Only the hot spring pool off to the side is warm. Its in a provincial park and nudity is not allowed.
