On warm sunny days you will find the patio of Rockford populated with skiers and boarders who have spent the day torturing themselves on the double black diamond extreme terrain. As with many of the Western Canadian resorts, there are a lot of Aussie staff ready to help.

The Village Idiot is what's happening in-town. If you stay to eat, the portions will not disappoint.
There are two quick on-mountain dining options: Mackenzie Outpost at the top of the Revelation gondola and the larger Revelation Lodge at the first Gondola drop-off. The village base has the Rockford Grill and La Baguette. Skiers typically stay on the mountain and do not journey to the base until the end of the day.

In-town dining gives you many choices. For those who have developed a large appetite from burning a double black diamond day's worth of calories, try "The Village Idiot" for very large portions.
